Avoid the nightmare before Christmas with a pre lit tree....

It’s a part of the pre-Christmas ritual which most of have to go through. I’m talking about the annual climb into the loft to find the Christmas lights which you stored there last year, followed by a joyous couple of hours spent unravelling the cables and replacing those bulbs which are no longer working. If this sounds depressingly familiar, then perhaps it’s time you looked into pre lit Christmas trees, because this is the only way you are going to avoid the nightmare before Christmas! As the name suggests, these artificial trees come with the lights already attached, which means all you have to do is set the tree up, attach the Christmas tree ornaments and that’s it, you’ve finished! Now doesn’t that sound a much more attractive proposition than driving out into the country to buy a real tree, which will then shower your car with pine needles, a routine which will be repeated as soon as you have the tree set up in your lounge.

Of course, many people love to have a real tree at this time of year, but some of the latest artificial trees are so realistic you would be hard pushed to tell the difference. And if you really want the authentic festive atmosphere, you can buy cans of Pine spray which once they have been sprayed over the tree will smell exactly like the real thing. Just one word of advice about this – don’t use the spray when the lights are on, and you’ll be fine.
